  • 🚫 Begin optimizing your nutrition by cutting out added sugar — aim for zero added sugars per meal/snack

(BTW - I know these first steps may sound simple, but these are the foundation. Trust the process and take these steps very seriously. You WILL see results from these simple - but not easy - changes.)
